'Variations' is a collection of literally that, 'Variation on a Theme' . Variations on a theme from as long ago as 1600 with Girolamo Frescobaldi, down through the ages with works by Fernando Sor, Mauro Giuliani, Pietro Pettoletti, Joseph Kreutzer, Josef Lechthaler.. and right through one of my works. This CD was great fun recording, and even more fun knowing that I have saved some quite obscure pieces, researched for quite distant websites, from being ignored for ever.
