Welcome to 'Guitar at Home'. My name is John Anthony. I've been playing the guitar now for over forty years, and I'd like to share my experience and my knowledge with you.
Here you'll find all styles of guitar playing, written in notation and tab, along with lessons, tips, and articles, all absolutely free.
I've been professional now for over thirty five years and within that time I've worked on cruise liners, jazz clubs, theatre/restaurants, and I've recorded for radio & television as a BBC session guitarist, and throughout all my years of very varied work I've learned one important thing, KEEP IT SIMPLE! I am also a successful teacher in guitar and music theory and my approach to the guitar is this, 'THERE ARE ONLY THREE CHORDS ON THE GUITAR'. Believe me, my method works.
